RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns cannot be made on opened or used item due to hygiene and safety regulations.
LastLongerPlus cannot accept returns products for resale or refunds once shipped. To avoid being charged, you must pause or cancel your plan at least 48 hours before the scheduled processing.
Case-by-case Discretion: for specific issues, you may contact LastLongerPlus support. Refunds are considered on basis at our discretion.
Exceptions: refunds may be issued if there is a demonstrated error in the product order, if there was an unauthorized charge or damage upon arrival.
